Arise Shine is the most appropriate word in and for this generation, where in, the darkness is covering the earth and gross darkness the people. The message in particular is to his saints who are with the spirit of life, light and glory of God thus to Arise and Shine in their lives. In this thrust the vision is born in a Trinitarian way as Winning, Training and Caring.

I. W I N N I N G "By Reaching out and winning Masses for Messiah " Mark 16:15-20.
Winning the lost with compassion and passion for souls, with the sense of urgency of the time running out.. the work is executed by organizing Crusades, Gospel and Healing meetings, outreaches programs to unreached thus Winning souls by all means.

II. T R A I N I N G "By Training Christians unto Victorious Living and Ministry" Eph 4:12 , Matt 28:19,20.
	..... By organizing Conferences, Seminars, Bible Schools, Camps, Retreats, Youth Programs, etc. The emphases is on the little percentage of Born Again Christians, amongst whom many are struggling to make a mark in their Christian walk, caught in their Weakness, Defeated, Depressed, Desperate and in Danger with the Devils ultimate Destructive Devices.
	The message is from God's word that we are more then conquerors and Devil cannot have any dominion in the lives of God's Delivered children. Training and raising an army of Christ's solders who march out victoriously and triumphantly by making difference with the demonstration of power of Holy Ghost and thus turning the world upside down, is the vision all about.

III. C A R I N G "Open a home for Orphans, Destitutes, Widows, Aged,....." Jer 49:11.
	Christ and Christian care with concern and compassion towards the suffering mankind could be inseparable. By our lives, the world will know that we are God's children, the great task and the need, needs no more explanation. Has not Christ said, " if you have done it to the least of these you have done it to me" (______). Indeed this complete vision is based on the eternal word of God. Shall we join Hearts and Hands in finishing the task? To begin with -----------------------mentally and spiritually.
