Vijay Kumar D. Velugu has successfully done his Doctor of Divinity, Master of Arts in Sociology and further Post Graduation in Computer Programming and graduated in Theology from "Faith International Training School" in Fort Myers, Florida, USA. Having been saved in 1979, he started active ministry in 1982. After the powerful encounter with the Holy Ghost in 1986, his life has never been the same. He obeyed the call of GOD to come into full time ministry saying no to lucrative job in 1994. Thus the ministry with the vision and mission was born where by thousands have received salvation, healing and blessings in multifold ways.

Now he is a well known christian leader who ministers extensively in all churches, special youth programmes and crusades. He ministered in various churches in Singapore. He was invited by CBN recently as a crusade speaker whereby thousands have been saved and healed. The full focus of his life is to see India saved. "This is impossible to man but all things are possible to GOD; and to him that beleiveth."

Not many Christians can say about their lives as FANTASTIC or excellent. Why? When I questioned some, " How's your life?" I received varied answers as "well getting along", said one, another said, "Oh, that's O.K," Other said "Struggle". Is this life of ours meant to be empty and nothing, without meaning and victory! Jesus Christ said, "I have come that you might have life and have it more Abundantly" - Yes Christian can experience complete salvation in the Messiah, Lord Jesus Christ. But alas many suffer ruin in life's storms, Why ? Jesus said in a parable, Once, two builders began building their homes to live. The wise man built it on a rock, where as the fool built it on the sand. When the rain, floods and storm winds blew against their homes, indeed truly the foolish man's house fell flat to the ground, Oh! What an agony! Misery and shame to the foolish man, but why! Only because he did not built his house on the firm ground the Rock.

Jesus Christ's words, from the Holy Bible are the Rock unto us. Friend, why not from today start building your home on Rock and be among the wise, start right away by reading, confessing, believing and living the Ten Commandments of faith mentioned below.

1.	THOU SHALL NOT TALK OF FEAR. " For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind," ( II Timothy 1:7 )
2.	THOU SHALL NOT SAY I AM WEAK. "...Let the weak say, I am strong," ( Joe l3:10 ) "...The Lord is the strength of my life; whom shall I be afraid ?," ( Psalms 27:1 )
3.	THOU SHALL NOT TALK OF INABILITY. (This gives rise to feelings of inferiority). " I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me," ( Phil. 4:13 )
4.	THOUGH SHALL NOT TALK OF PAINS AND SYMPTOMS OF SICKNESS. "...Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses," ( Matt. 8:17 ) "... With his stripes we are healed," ( Isa. 153:5 ) "... I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: " FOR I AM THE LORD THAT HEALETH THEE" ," ( EX. 15:26 ) "...I will take sickness away from the midst of thee," ( Ex 23:25 )
5.	THOU SHALL NOT WORRY OR BE ANXIOUS. " Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus," ( Phil 4: 6-7 ) " Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you," ( I Pet. 5:7 )
6.	THOU SHALL NOT FEAR POVERTY AND LACK MATERIAL THINGS. " But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus," ( Phil 4:19 ) " The Lord is my shepherd;  I shall not want," ( Psalms 23:1 ) " Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth," ( 3 John 2 ) "...Yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread," ( Psalms 37:25 ) " And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water... that bringeth forth in his fruit in his season and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper," ( Psalms 1:3 ).
7.	THOU SHALL NOT FEAR ANY TROUBLE NOR ANY EVIL. " There shall no evil befall thee , neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling," ( Psalms 91:10 ) " Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked," ( Psalms 91:8 ) " A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee," ( Psalms 91:7 ) " For He shall give His angles charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways," ( Psalms 91:11 ) " And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto His heavenly kingdom," ( II Timothy. 4:18 )
8.	THOU SHALL NOT BE AFRAID OF PERSICUTION OR FAILURE. " Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth him out of them all," ( Psalms 34:19 ) "...He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ," ( Phil 1:6 ) "...No good thing will He withhold from them that talk uprightly," ( Psalms 84:11 )
9.	THOU SHALL NOT BE AFRAID OF MAN...NOR OF DEMONS. " I give unto you power...over all the power of the enemy; and nothing shall by any means hurt you," ( Luke 10:19 ) " The fear of man bringeth a snare," ( Prov 29:25 ) " Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world," ( I John 4:4 ) " Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ," ( II Cor 2:4 ) "...We are more than conquerors through Him that loved us," ( Rom 8:37 )
10.	THOU SHALL NOT FRET THYSELF NOR FEAR OF WHAT TO DO ... OR WORRY ABOUT GOD'S GUIDANCE. "The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord," ( Psalms 37:23 ) "Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in Him; and He shall bring it to pass," ( Psalms 37:5 )
